Shipping
All orders are made especially for you, on demand, as soon as you place an order. That means it can take a bit longer to deliver to you. (We know ... waiting is hard 😩) but making products on demand instead of in bulk reduces overproduction, waste and is less taxing on the environment. So thank you for your patience.
You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order and then the processing begins.
When your order is ready and has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently only ship within the United States. We offer simple flat rate shipping based on weight. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to add this someday but are not able to accommodate international orders at this time.
If you haven’t received your order within the shipping window stated on the tracking, please contact us at support@saltymamamercantile.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return. Items in the Vote 2024 store are final sale; all other items are subject to our Return Policy
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@saltymamamercantile.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
